Step 1 : Inquiry & order details

  

Firstly, please let us know which item you interested in, then we will offer you with all our standard colors, different finishing possibilities, branding options etc. If you have your own styles, it is also ok to custom the size, colors, material..

 

We will provide you with our standard fabric, accessories & colors for your reference. You can also do as your own requirements and send us fabric swatches or specifications, which we can purchase the material for bulk production.

Step 2 : Design concept

Send us your logo, an artwork in vector format or ask for our blank template examples. Please mention logo size and positioning. Preferred file types: Adobe Illustrator AI files or High resolution PDF files. Mention pantone numbers for all logo’s and advise what color you need for the armband / running belt.

 

Step 3: Sample confirmation

Before starting sample, we will send the artwork for your approval.

It is important to double check the colors and logo positions.

When the sample ready, we will send out the sample for your quality evaluation,

we recommend you apply a courier account, such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. It is convenient to send the sample and save time for we both, you can also choose ship via our forwarder too.

 

Step 4: Production & shipping

 

After confirmation of the sample approval we are ready to start production.

We ask for a deposit of 30%. Balance before shipment by TT payment.

 

Our delivery time about 18 – 20 days for the armband / running belt for order Qty underneath 10000 pieces.

During high season our lead time might be longer, we will confirm the schedule for you before place an order.
